Shipping Policy
Free Shipping within the European Union on all orders exceeding 150 Euros. Below this amount shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Additional Import and Duties fees (when applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
International shipping and domestic sales tax, for the recipient's country, are calculated at the point of checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are available in-store at our shop location at 20 Rue Meyerbeer, Nice 06000 France. Returns are accepted with a valid physical receipt or email receipt within 14 days of purchase.*

* items that cannot be returned are final sale items, and specific categories or goods such as lingerie, and swimwear for hygiene purposes.

In the rare chance, you receive an item that is defective, please reach out to us at our business email
so we can help you solve the problem and come to a resolution. (ie exchange of damaged goods, store credit, etc.)

If you are a customer whose items were shipped domestically within France or the EU, you have 14 days from the initial delivery date to return items for a full refund
(minus the return postage fee).

If you are a shopper outside of the EU, all international sales are marked as final sales at the point of checkout. Please understand that the excessive postage fees and extra restocking time contribute to this policy.

As always, if you are greatly disappointed or dissatisfied with an item upon its receipt (ie, the item arrived damaged, the item arrived in the wrong size or colorway than stated on the receipt) please do reach out to us at at ...... for a resolution.
